Growing need of health and care workforces
Population ageing is an irreversible global trend (WHO-2023). A consequence of the demographic transition is a fast growing need of health and care workforces. An option is to match countries with a young, fast growing population and the need of employment with countries which have an older population with more need of health and care workforces. We can create the prerequisites for working in Germany/Europe, support the integration in the society and organize the know-how transfer in their native countries.
The Strategy
We, a German based educational institute (www.https://bahannover.de/), certificated by governmental authorities, are asked to establish hubs abroad to find health and care workforce. A branch/subsidiary in Dubai can recruit with the help of existing companies in Dubai people from other countries, tutor and finally place them in Germany. After the tutorials they can also work in the UAE or other countries. Concurrently we establish an education system with German expertise as a supplement in Dubai. Other health care professionals can follow to Dubai in a next step (longevity research etc.).
